A very peculiar, organic Custoza made by blending Garganega, Trebbiano Toscano, Tocai Friulano, Riesling, aged both in stainless steel both in small oak barrels. Very intense at the nose, dried apricot, then rosemary, an almond hint, then a iodized trace at the end. The mouthfeel is crunchy, salty, dense and taut. Long-lasting persistence.
