A fascinating version of this Reserve based on one hundred percent of Sangiovese produced by Cantine Dei and representing their core product. A fruit appearing compact and generous on the nose, with nice nuances of fruits of undergrowth, blackberries, blueberries, enhanced by a strong spicy note coming from pepper leaf. The mouthfeel is very iodized, held by an extraordinary acidity. The finish is elegant and salty.
