A vineyard managed according to organic principles. A “Nobile” made of one hundred percent of Sangiovese where refinement is preferred to strength. Left eighteen months in barrels in order to improve the quality of a fruit showing an extraordinary character. The nose is floral with balanced balsamic notes, aromas of blackberries, raspberries and pepper leaf. An overall freshness. The sip confirms the initial impression: comforting, juicy, without being excessive.
