Label in great part obtained from Petit Rouge, a variety of native red berries from the Valle d’Aosta, aged only in stainless steel. Aromas of rose and red berries. In the mouth, the floral part after which arrives juicy acidity of sour cherry and mixed fruit lending itself to the sip that lengthens thanks to a salted sensation recalling capers. Acidic tannins and great potency, as the typology demands.
