From vines dating back to the late 1960s, planted in calcium-rich earth. Partial aging in oak and in steel. Dry aromas and a green feeling with tonalities of aromatic herbs and nettle, followed by citrus and apple nuances. In the mouth, the fruity part – specifically the citrus – increases intensity. Very flavorful finish.
