An almost absolute majority of Tempranillo. Fermented in wood, aged in French oak, both new and of second passage. Intense nose, especially on notes of dark, fresh fruit and red fruit in a macerated version. Spicy hot touches always on the nose. Juicy mouth on the entrance then pulpy at mid-palate and finally earthy and spicy on the closing.
