The vineyard produces excellent wines both dry and sweet using the Vespaiola grape. Even with reds, they seem to succeed rather well, especially with a difficult varietal such as the Pinot Nero. The volcanic terrains and tuff confer to this wine a very flavorful profile. Not lacking, always in the sip, sensations of cassis, licorice, and cinnamon. Flavorful tannins.
