The wine, from only Bovale, expresses the best of this grape, which is not cultivated in its optimal location. Aging for a year in oak does not affect the warm nose, with sensations of dark, mature fruit, cacao, and chestnut. In the mouth, it has matter, pulp, and dark fruit with earthy and spicy touches. Restrained tannins, in line with the characteristics of this varietal.
