Marche Rosso Cinabro 2013

Malvasia del Lazio

The variety that includes this wine is called Bordò, even if its closest relative is the Grenache. The aging takes place in barrels of 115 liters for more than 2 years. Dense aromas of bramble, roots, fresh aromatic herbs, and leather. In the mouth, the fruitiness is amplified with sensations of fig, even caramelized, and the zest of candied citrus. The flavorful tannins favor the drinkability; otherwise, it is not very agile. Excellent persistence.
