Clay and tuff in the earth and stainless steel in the cantina. These are the winemaker’s tools used for this Greco, which was not helped much by the vintage. Aromas of quince and chamomile. Mouth still fruity with white-fleshed fruits including the tropical variants. A very flavorful finish adds an evident vertical dimension.
