A unique wine made by 70% Chardonnay and 30% Pinot Noir. Bergamot and “tabacchiera” peach on the nose, then a touch of jasmine. The mouthfeel is crunchy and taut. Citrusy trace returning on the end of the sip. Long-lasting persistence.
