A stunning old vineyard, a very peculiar interpretation of Custoza, made in the old-fashioned way, by using all the white grapes in the vineyard, then aged in small oak barrels. Pink grapefruit, caper, a iodized hint, then a mentolated ending at the nose. The mouthfeel is also fresh, with Mediterranean scrub nuances. The finish is both salty and fruity.
