From almost 40-years-old vines, planted on sandy terrain. Long aging on the lees. Aromas of sweet citrus such as citron followed by much white fruit, in particular yellow plum and quince. In the mouth, similar sensations recur, to which a flavorful mix and honeyed notes are added. Very good persistence.
