The recipe for this wine is composed of only Chardonnay grapes cultivated in one of the freshest districts of Austrailia, called Tumbarumba. The aromas still need to work off those evident flavors, likely ascribed to the oak. In the mouth, the citrusy part and that of the white fruit are adorned by a pleasing white floral characteristic.
