Obtained from vines planted between the end of the 1970s and the early 80s. Fermented and aged in oak barrels of different sizes for less than a year. Aromas of peach and citrus with spicy notes, in particular, that of ginger, which characterizes the sip along with a hint of white-fleshed fruit.
