Great vintage for this Champagne sans dosage, obtained only from Chardonnay grapes. Dry and austere, demonstrated by a very evident flavor coinciding with a citrusy acidity and those sensations, softer yet dry, that recall almond and hazelnut. Spicy finish of cumin.
