A warm-vintage wine close to the concept of elegance that this champagne and the maison in particular, brings with it. The tendency not to render the wine too strong or wide is only partially successful. In the mouth, red fruit in various translations and measured spicy sensations then substituted by tones of officinal herbs that condition the finish and render it somewhat bitter.
