These two aspects added to the little use of oak, result in a vinous champagne that never becomes just wine with bubbles. In the mouth, the ripeness of white and yellow fruit but without oxidation. Touches of dried fruit, as well as a delicate exoticness of spices and, along with a bit of the bottle, tones of pipe tobacco.
