A cuvée made up of 60% Chardonnay and the rest Pinot Nero that remains on the lees for 15 years. No malolactic fermentation. Fresh aromas from citrus, white-fleshed fruit, and brioche. In the mouth, a taut take off with fruit and salt, which rounds out on the finish. Always fruity, but on softer notes of quince and citron. Very good persistence.
