Chenin Blanc from diverse land parcels, including those in the Napa Valley. All the sensations, whether in the nose or mouth, play upon an overall note of fresh quince, typical of the variety. The complexity is in part guaranteed by flavors that evoke citrus, orzo, and white pepper. Very nice post-sip persistence.
