The nose takes flight with a blackberry note that gradually softens and never becomes sweet because of its balsamic touches of mint. Enters the mouth rigorously with dark fruit. Remains a bit tight on dry notes that recall rosemary and cocoa bean. Still very evident acidic-flavorful tannins.
