The Novello vineyard, translated by whoever opens the window in the morning and finds it in front of them, represents the symbiosis between
man and cru, with a stylistic, rigorous elegance. From the vine, a wine faithful to its birthplace, very neat and because of this, already very enjoyable. Flowery, juicy, and never widening, while instead extending thanks to a dense flavor. Flavorful and abundant tannins, but not too much.
