Neustift, one of the oldest and northernmost vineyards of the Valle Isarco, at a height between 680 and 750 m, with a great sustainable project. The nose shows a very rich texture with aromas of white peach, citron, closing on the notes of sage. The mouth is equally taut. The sip is juicy with a mentholated closing.
