Blend of Pinot Bianco, Chardonnay and Pinot Nero from the area called “Bassa Atesina”. The nose recalls crème patissière, lemon grass, balsamic closing on the notes of eucalyptus. Extremely elegant bubbles in the mouth that is both savoury and pleasantly crispy. Balsamic trace reappearing on the finish.
