Köfererhof has existed for 850 years, within a territory entirely devoted to wine production. This Pinot Grigio is one of the standard-bearers of the winery: crunchy, mineral as well as juicy. On the nose, candied citron and green apple, a note of officinal herbs. In the mouth, it is taut, mineral and salty with an extraordinarily long persistence.
