As always, the excellent and elegant Sangiovese in purity from Fontodi, with an extra gear thanks to a blessed vintage. The nose is fresh, with aromas of red cherries, officinal scents and citron thyme. The mouthfeel has a nice acidic touch, salty tannins, compactness and sharpness. Persistent.
