From siliceous soils of clayey-calcareous matrix, located at 400 meters above sea level. Blend of Sangiovese, with Colorino and Canaiolo. Faceted nose, wild plum, touches of mint, then pepper leaf and field violet. The mouthfeel has iodised-brackish tannins, with fruity-floral return.
