A breath-taking Sylvaner that confirms the great investment made on territorial wines (especially the white ones) by the winery managed by Armin Gratl. A very small clos at 650 metres above sea level, alluvial soils mixed with diorite. The olfactory profile displays a beautiful complexity: candied citron, apricot, white flowers and basil. The mouth is taut, dense and savoury. On the finish, a fruity/officinal note aftertaste.
