A winery founded in 2008 in San Paolo, near Appiano. Vineyards in the “Bassa Atesina”: Campodazzo, ideal lands and perfect temperature range. The wine produced recalls green apple, white pepper on the nose, closing of oregano. Highly mineral and crispy in the mouth, led by acidity and slightly toasted finish.
