This Aristos label represents another excellent result reached by the Cantina Valle Isarco for the Riesling wines. Manual harvest, soft crushing; then, aging on the lees, in steel, for seven months. On the nose, white-fleshed nectarine, iodized note followed by dried rosemary. On the palate, it is crispy, with beautiful density. Fruity and officinal notes on the finish.
