One of the ‘summe’ of decades of research carried out by this winery in Termeno. A vibrating Chardonnay, whose nose is equally multifaceted with mango and papaya, followed by an officinal trace from basil, ending on toasted dried fruit. Great freshness on the palate, good minerality. Officinal note reappears with mentholated trace on the finish.
