Again, this winery owned by Elena Walch is at the top in this interpretation of Pinot Blanc from vineyards at 700 metres a.s.l., between Termeno and Caldaro. Elegant nose: lily of the valley, banana, a touch of fresh alpine herbs in the closing. The palate is compact with a nice freshness. Persistent on the finish with officinal notes reappearing.
