A good and clean interpretation of Custoza enhanced by a good ‘hand’ in the wine cellar. Blend of Garganega, Trebbianello and Trebbiano Toscano all of them vinified separately. White peony at the nose, with hints of nectarine and lemon thyme. The mouthfeel is iodized, the density and thickness of the sip are significant. The aftertaste is fruity-officinal.
