Vineyards at about 450 metres above sea level in the area of Serralunga, twenty-year-old plants. Fresh, mentholated and velvety. On the nose, small red fruits, especially raspberry, hints of undergrowth, balsamic trace of black cherry. The mouth is vibrating, dense and very persistent. Salty tannins, final notes of star anise.
