The name of the wine, as it suggests, recalls something unexpected and obviously positive. The taste of this cuvée is almost completely (98%) based on Cinsault. An aroma halfway between the sweetness of rose and the spiciness of cloves, with a flavor that adds notes of dark fruit and moist earth. Acidic tannins.
