Muscat, prevalently of the Alsace variety and not that of Ottonel, grown on calcareous terrain. Delicate aromas of citrus, white flowers, geraniums, and aromatic herbs. The sip never widens too much, remaining dry, direct with a good complexity. It reveals the white fruit of pear, mango, and salt.
