This 2007 vintage, produced by only a few maisons, is an especially prestigious cuvée. Roederer’s effort is successful thanks to its top composition, in great part from Pinot Noir. A flavorful citrus taste, softened by sensations of yellow peach and green almond. Iodized finish; a sensation that lingers in the mouth.
