Châteauneuf du Pape Cuvée da Capo 2015

From the oldest vineyards

From the oldest vineyards (some are a century old) of Grenache del Domaine. The percentage of the varieties in this cuvée is about 70%. Vinified in cement and aged in large barrels for about two years. Aromas of dark fruit and brined olives. In the mouth, it is dense, but has great expression and purity. Finish of aromatic herbs and lavender. Powdery tannins.
