Biological agriculture certified Ecocert

Prevalence of Pinot Nero raised – like all of the other grapes of this champagne – by a regimen of biological agriculture certified Ecocert, from a vineyard purchased in 2010. The base of the prevalent cuvée is from the 2012 harvest. Clear apple on the nose, accompanied by citrus rind. Mouth again fruity, but also sharpened by lime and bergamot.
